Some team members are hardworking and supportive

Cons

Despite the polished image the company tries to promote externally, the internal reality is very different. The pay is below industry standards, especially considering the high workload. Cooks don’t receive any share of the tips, which is incredibly demotivating. The team is often understaffed, and the remaining employees are left to pick up the slack without proper support. Frequent changes in suppliers affect product quality and lead to constant rework. Management operates under a pressure-based, blame-focused mindset, creating a toxic and discouraging work environment. There are no real opportunities for career growth, and employee well-being is clearly not a priority.
