Pros

This was great for me as a student because when times of exams came I could cut my hours and on holidays from uni I could take on all the hours I needed. Staff are brilliant and funny though a lot of them would be of a different nationality and so sometimes communication was hard.

Cons

train station can be a stressful environment. Also not a lot of recognition for things that where done right but a lot of recognition for negative things. Always seemed to be ever changing managers which leads me to believe that it's a hard company to work for when higher up.

If you really need a job for mean time go for it, easy to get hired, not too many questions they asked.. Just you need previous work experience.

Cons

Long hour work, never make satisfied to upper management.. Always have issue..

Free Meals and Nice team Members. Senior Management extremely friendly but they are also over-worked.

Cons

Be prepared to work 12-14 hours everyday- even on weekends you would be assigned work. Staff is overloaded with work and not compensated. No interaction between management and employees. Management needs major training on leadership. If an employee is seen taken a break, he/she is 'red flagged'. Everything is MICRO-MANAGED! High turn-over rate due to 'incompetent Leaders' and 'atmosphere'. Office needs renovation...old broken furniture needs to be replaced.
