-Small work environment not much too learn. -Some of the staff are friendly. -Discount

Cons

-Horrible management. -Very unsociable hours -No shelter and the heating didn't work in the winter. -Constant staff change since the wages are very low.

Worked there until 2011 Great co-workers and discount on food benefit for FT Staff Good transition job (to get other job at the airport or for experience)

Expect a lot of nothing in return Being located at the airport Poor Salary at ALL levels High turn over

Pros

You get paid on time. If you are super desperate for job it's for you as to get hired you only need to be able to speak in interview - that's it - they are that desperate themselves. Cannot think of any other positive aspects

Cons

In short it's modern day slavery. Short notices and constant changes for shifts. Low pay and impossible to meet bonus terms. No training - new hires are thrown in front of customers and abandoned. Understaffed. You will spend little time thats available to communicate with peers about how horrible this place is and where to find better job. Depressed colleagues. Disconnected management at all levels.
