Pros

I joined SSP only 3 months ago and already feel excited at the opportunities that are available here. I've been welcomed in by a lot of people who are always willing to answer questions about how we do business (super helpful as a newbie to the industry!). I've met a lot of people who have been with the business for a number of years and who have held multiple roles across several departments, giving me confidence that the company promotes from within and allows colleagues to fulfil their potential by exploring new opportunities. The business is busy and proactive, and I feel confident there is a clear strategy being executed on from UK and global leadership that is driving positive long-term growth for the business. The big discount across SSP's own and franchise brands is also a massive perk (and it goes to friends and families too!).

Cons

None so far as yet - there were a lot of forms to complete during the onboarding process but I know this is being rectified following feedback from candidates.

This company has no pros.

Cons

Worst Company to work with. No consideration of your work. Managers take credit of your hard work and they always try to put you down. One of the racist company working at airports.

Poor service

Pros

I made some good friends at the company. Should you wish to be promoted and move up the ladder this is reasonable - within Hospitality. Flexible working. Minor discounts.

Cons

This company has poor service. Working at Starbucks barely out of university the manager’s worked us around. Especially the operational manager Shohaib. Any concerns were ignored, and never asked or cared the staff are. Ignored and downplayed serious situations. Severe lack of training.
