      Pros

      Outstanding place for employment. Everyday is a new day and brings a unique challenge each day. If your passion is for a challenging and rewarding place to work, SSP fits the mold. We are growing and the work is fast-paced.

      Cons

      If you want a 9-5, cookie-cutter role with a predetermined 'to-do' list, and your satisfactions is to check all the boxes each day, this may not be for your. Many moving targets means be ready for change. I find this to be the best part of working here but it is not for everyone.

      Pros

      If you are looking for a company that encourages team members to be their best and a CEO that is dedicated and PASSIONATE about his entire team you have found it at SSP. Benefits, bonus, 401K and paid time off !!

      Cons

      I would have to agree with a previous comment if we could roll over a certain amount of PTO for the following year that would be outstanding.

      Pros

      Top down support is great. VP’s and department directors are always available and helpful. Executive level management is ahead of the game and evolving with the ever changing landscape of this business.

      Cons

      Challenging environment can be stressful with seasonal changes. The business never stops.
