This company knows how to take care of their people! Invitations to annual conferences hosted in different cities each year with stellar accommodations. The yearly bonus is always humbling. I work remotely with some light travel. They always make sure I have the tools needed to do my job. Work load usually waxes/wanes with travel season, but has recently increased due to company growth and new openings. 2019 is a going to be a big year, and a great time to come onboard. As a growing company, there are opportunities to shine by being an innovator. SSP is open to (your) new ideas.

Cons

My team works closely with new openings and the work load can pile up quickly. Power thru it, because it needs to get done but remember that it comes and goes.
