Pros

Working here for just over 10 years has been a genuinely rewarding experience. The company offers great opportunities for progression, and I’ve been able to grow my skills and take on meaningful challenges throughout my time here. The team is one of the biggest highlights, as they are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. What makes the work even more fulfilling is knowing that what we do actually matters. There’s a real sense of purpose behind the projects we take on, and that keeps the day‑to‑day engaging. The company’s values also stand out; they’re not just words on a wall but principles that guide how we work and treat each other. Overall, it’s been a positive and motivating place to build a career, and I’m proud to have spent over a decade contributing to it.

Cons

Pros

flexible days working at SSP

Cons

the days are only flexible because they barely give you the hours you are contracted and instead force through your holiday hours each week to account for your contract. the management is incompentent and allows for sexual harrasment and assault to go unpunished within the units because of close friendships.
