Pros

Good Company to work for, Friendly Environment. We have R&R programs based on Employee Performance with clear & transparent expectations. Refresher training's for Managers/Leads/Recruiters and recreational activities for Good Work Life Balance . Good Opportunity to travel onsite and earn good recurring commissions/incentives.

Cons

I have been working for this company for almost 5 years but haven't came across any challenges till now.

Pros

1) Stringent hiring process 2) Excellent training program 3) One of the best internal referral programs 4) Exceptional incentive/commission program 5) Regular Rewards & Recognition programs 6) Transparent performance reviews, appraisals 7) Open door culture, transparent management teams 8) Dedicated teams to conduct & manage team events - onsite, offsite 9) Excellent infrastructure 10) Best in industry employee benefits Having said all these, you cant survive if you are not hungry for success.. SSI in an ideal & the best place for performers.

Cons

Bangalore infrastructure was an issue for the first 4 years (2012-2016), now SSI has moved to a state of the art office .. its another reason to show up everyday!

Pros

I liked the atmosphere and people around very good . Perfect work atmosphere, as the whole process is transparent.

Cons

Nothing as such.I had no problems till date, everything is suitable and available needed for someone to work in a company. I think every one over here is very much comfortable and happy as well.The higher management are also very helpful and there is no communication gap between us. They are always available to help us in any way they can.People over here are also very friendly and helpful to each other in all ways.
