Pros

I have been with Software Specialists for a long time now and I absolutely love it! This company cares about their employees. Questions are encouraged, fun events are planned, and at the end of the day you are rewarded for your efforts. Incentive structure is good and the management is always looking to improve employee benefits. This is by far the best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

Nothing at all, I enjoy working here!

I have been working with this Company since past few years and never ever had any doubt about the Company. It was really pleasure working here. Management of the Company is very helpful and will always let you grow in your professional career and personal life.
