I have worked with 2 other staffing firms, never experienced the kind of atmosphere like here, employee friendly, understanding, flexible and all this wil be applicable once they know your efforts are being put in! Put in your efforts, do your work and nobody asks you anything!! Wonderful balance between work & personal life after I started here!! Proud to be a part of the SSI family!!

Pros

SSI is a good place to start off your career if you're a fresher and is also a good firm for experienced people as well. A very good working environment, very friendly and helpful colleagues. Work hard and you will be rewarded for your efforts, great incentives. Good support from management. Fun activities on Fridays and special occasions. There are a lot of competitions and rewards through out the year and also get to travel to the US.

None that I can think of.
