Management wants to see you succeed. You're not just another number to them. The company is very reputable and is an easy selling point to potential clients.

Cons

Because the HQ only has a few employees, it's easy for mild annoyances to turn into "In-Fighting"

High hourly rate compared to many contract companies

Cons

No PTO or paid holidays, you only get paid the hours you work. Dental coverage is decent but this year they changed their medical coverage and only offer a limited high deductible option with minimal coverage, so seeing a doctor and paying for prescriptions is very expensive.
