      1) Stringent hiring process 2) Excellent training program 3) One of the best internal referral programs 4) Exceptional incentive/commission program 5) Regular Rewards & Recognition programs 6) Transparent performance reviews, appraisals 7) Open door culture, transparent management teams 8) Dedicated teams to conduct & manage team events - onsite, offsite 9) Excellent infrastructure 10) Best in industry employee benefits Having said all these, you cant survive if you are not hungry for success.. SSI in an ideal & the best place for performers.

      Cons

      Bangalore infrastructure was an issue for the first 4 years (2012-2016), now SSI has moved to a state of the art office .. its another reason to show up everyday!

      Pros

      I have been with Software Specialists for a long time now and I absolutely love it! This company cares about their employees. Questions are encouraged, fun events are planned, and at the end of the day you are rewarded for your efforts. Incentive structure is good and the management is always looking to improve employee benefits. This is by far the best company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      Nothing at all, I enjoy working here!
