      Good place for freshers to learn and start a career

      Pros

      Excellent environment to work in. Software Specialists provides all resources to grow, will get good theoretical and practical training for about 2 months. It is a great place to learn about US Staffing, Immigration, Recruitment and all types of Sourcing. Good number of clients and professional working environment. The managers are good and supportive. Coworkers are friendly. Software Specialists has a conducive work culture where everyone helps each other to learn and grow in spite of the hierarchical barriers. Pay Scale is decent for a fresher. They have a pretty good incentive structure. Very good company to kick start the career. I feel obliged to work with people who not only motivated me but also helped me in managing my goals.

      Cons

      Pros

      The on-boarding process was completely painless and timely and the interviewing / placement process was smooth. Organized several "local contractor" social events to encourage interaction.

      Cons

      This was the first time in my career that overtime COST me money! The 40 hour wage was competitive, but the 41st hour was [1/2] the hourly wage instead of [1.5]. When the client needs 60 hours and your 20 hours of over time are paid at less than you made the first 40, there is something really wrong.

      Pros

      I liked the atmosphere and people around very good . Perfect work atmosphere, as the whole process is transparent.

      Cons

      Nothing as such.I had no problems till date, everything is suitable and available needed for someone to work in a company. I think every one over here is very much comfortable and happy as well.The higher management are also very helpful and there is no communication gap between us. They are always available to help us in any way they can.People over here are also very friendly and helpful to each other in all ways.
