Theres no 13 months but its included into your monthly salary (inflated slightly) It’s a give and take situation, i have no complaints over this area. Pro for this You dont have to wait so long to get your 13 months bonus. And your salary is slightly higher Cons: company used this to make your salary comparable with market rate
