      1) Very family environment with colleagues helping me not only at workplace, but also my personal problems, without any returns. 2) Rich overseas opportunities for people like me who like travelling

      1) Extremely low remuneration, which is way below market value 2) Not a competitive environment for achievers who want to stand out from the rest.

      Can be boring for the nature of it's trade. Not for those who stay in east and is not willing to travel.
