      Pros

      Room to grow. People employed are committed to the cause of delivering good services and projects. A company that rewards employees with good incentives and bonuses. Shares can also be given to more senior levels.

      Cons

      Salary is not as competitive against those US MNC, banks and even step boards. Thus, likely to loose engineers quickly and retention is a challenge always. Can work in challenging environment.

      Excellent promises during hiring process.

      Cons

      Management chain is too stupid. You can talk with direct manager only and there is no way to elevate your manager mistake. Because of that your manager's mistake is big problem for you.
