Pros
It’s going to be hard to lose your job because the company lost contracts or went out of business. You also generally don’t need to hustle to maximise profits like in an actual profit making enterprise.
Cons
Instead, you hustle because “someone important” is visiting, looking, or made an offhanded comment. I’m sure most companies have events in which everyone turns weird when someone important is visiting, but it is very, very pronounced here.
