Can learn a lot of troubleshooting of different equipments on several projects
Cons
- Management want us to learn everything which is outside of our job scope. - Solving problem that is created by supplier rather than giving back to supplier - Poor planning / last minute infomation - Always OT - One engineer to 3-5 projects and every single project is long time problem and not solve - No training provided so ownself go solve and even ChatGPT cant help you
