I just graduated with my master’s last May, and this has been my first year as an SLP. I was nervous about finding the right fit for my CF year, but STARS has made the transition smooth and as stress-free as possible. From the start, they were incredibly supportive with the paperwork and steps required to apply for licensure. The benefits are excellent, and I love that they’re a family-run company with a personal touch. STARS is responsive, provides great resources, and fosters a welcoming, supportive community. I’ve met many friendly STARS employees in my district, and it’s clear they’re well-respected. I’m so glad I chose STARS, and I would highly recommend them to any new SLP.

Working in a school can be stressful but that’s just something that comes with the job!
