Pros

Truly one of the best contract companies to work for! The owners are kind, helpful and fast to respond in all situations. They provide a lot of support and show how much they care about you many ways throughout the year.

Cons

Only 5 days of paid time off each year, rather than increasing the amount with each year working for the company.

Pros

I started working with STARS out of graduate school 8 years ago and am extremely happy and thankful I made that decision. They have been supportive, kind, fun, and generous over the many years I have worked for them. They go out of their way to make me feel appreciated all year round. They provide testing tools, supplies, and anything you need to conduct the best therapy possible.

Cons

Contract work can put you into some of the more undesirable locations. However, STARS does their best to place you somewhere you feel comfortable with. You can always ask to change locations as well.
