Love this company so much I worked for them twice. I worked for them from 2017-2020 and then again from 2023-present. In total I’ve worked for almost five years now. I left to get experience at a private practice; however if you want a school based job, this is your best option in Arizona! Their compensation is very fair, they pay for your benefits and provide many other benefits, such as materials, continuing education, etc. STARS is always there for support. I feel like they are definitely the most caring and supportive contract agency in Arizona!

Cons

The school district may not be as supportive of contract staff as they are of district staff.
