Pros

STARS gets an interview set up as close to your home as they possibly can. Annual raises, 401K benefits, offers of medical, dental and vision, reimbursement of licenses, continuing education and other material. Stipends for supervising Clinical Fellows. They are family owned, operated and orientated. They care about employees and work on retention by giving annual gifts. They have gone above and beyond in support of me as a clinician and an individual.

Cons

Home office is far away from me, however, I rarely have to travel there and when I do, it is for great training or a party.

Cons

it can be a little scary waiting for a school placement (the unknown) but they are willing to work with you if you don’t like a placement

The salary is great with amazing benefits, management really cares for their employees and will help out however the can, they provide you with all the tools and supplies you could want and/or need.

Cons

You may be placed far away from where you live, but they try really hard to avoid it
