The people doing all the work are always asked to do more and never compensation for their extra work.

Our branch teams are great, we couldn’t agree more! Thanks for your feedback about compensation. It is something we take seriously and is always top of mind for us. We regularly review our salary ranges and employee’s pay rates and make adjustments as warranted across the credit union. We will continue to make this a focus and priority.

STCU has one of the best Cultures to help relieve the stress of day to day tasks helping work become fun and not so much of a chore.

Cons

Changes that could be done to improve are slow and drawn out.

Pros

Great culture - fun place to work. Work/life balance. Excellent PTO and healthcare benefits. Best in class level 401k matching. Executive management is accessible. Environment of open communication and transparency. Poised for strong market growth.

Cons

Most of the cons they are addressing. STCU needs to expand their business/commercial products and services, build the technological infrastructure to support those products/services, and expand on the related training. All these areas are coming into focus.
