Awesome leadership, strong brand, values that are supported from the CEO on down. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else

Pros

Extensive paid training, gas reimbursement, everyone is SUPER friendly, kind, and caring. paid time off, sick leave, 401k, dental, vision, healthcare. What more could you ask for?

Cons

working bank hours only gives about 3 hours a day at home with family. But you do get weekends and paid time off.

Pros

STCU treats employees like family. After working here for 10+ years I have made long lasting relationships. The benefits are great and the work is fast paced. Knowing that we always have the heart of the member in mind makes my job fulfilling. With a generous time off place and flexible schedule, I've got a great work life balance.

Cons

I wouldn't change very much at all.
