They offer great 401k, potential for 2 bonuses a year, yearly merit increases, offer health insurance, vision, dental, tuition reimbursement, help with both baby and fur baby adoption services.

Cons

Salary for experienced teller needs better compensation. They don't compensate current employee's with the cost of living increase
