Pros
Easiest job , if you’re lucky sometimes 30 minutes breaks on 12 hr shifts , every 3 hrs .
Cons
Treated unfair , fast paced . If temporary 12.75 overnight , still too low and they expect you to do more then full time people . You can be a full time after 6 months , if your lucky . Some people have been waiting for 1yr +. Team lead never replies you’re txt messages if you need to talk to her . Some workers get special treatment & they let them be on their phone and write their own book all shift , while others have to their jobs for them . Everyone keeps quitting , and always low on team members.
