Constant turnover with Management. You're left on an island with no support from Senior Leadership and Human Resources.

Good benefits package. Competitive compensation.

Cons

Upper management only listens what it wants to hear. Very discriminatory. Be more proactive with training with middle management and provide what it means to direct employees. Investigate first before jumping into conclusions.
