Pros
The hours are good and room for overtime. Great facilities and access to parts/tools needed to do the job.
Cons
Needs to work on management skills. There is not enough communication between managers and their employees. Pay does not match what a person's skills are. Should be paid based on merits, not a percentage that other employees receive and are not at the same skill level or time with the company.
