Leadership deliberately sets you up to fail. Hiding things, creating issues to see if you find them or correct them.

I could not have asked for a better entry into my post-graduate career. Everyone I've met has been very encouraging. My boss and co-workers truly care about my success. I've had a great experience learning on-the-job and see myself continuing to grow at STERIS.

Cons

I've heard from others at the company that STERIS pays lower than average, but I haven't directly experienced this.

They do not really fund new and exciting pivotal technologies. Just keep rebranding old things and buying new companies that do exciting things then shutting down their NPD department and just keep people in sustaining
