Pros
Good coworkers, decent pay for the position. It's a ok place to start your career. Typical corporate environment.
Cons
Management doesn't care about support/backend people as much as they do their sales people since support/backend people are an expense and don't make the company money. A lot of perks of working there were taken away over time since they cost money (i.e. Christmas lunch, etc.). Overtime was not allowed even though a non-exempt employee (eligible for overtime) and was expected to keep up with an ever growing workload. Would suggest only working there for a year or two to start and then go onto something bigger and better. Little room for advancement.
