      Misleading and wrongly advertised job opportunities. Poor management with lack of care about employees. Company all together is heading in a bad direction.

      It's a good job to have, and would be a great job if it were with a competent company with competent management.

      Good field to work in, great customer base, good job in spite of company, several decent perks, pay is adequate, plenty of time off available in theory

      Ever-increasing stress primarily comes from company, not from job/customers, company constantly at cross purposes with actual job, constant bad decisions made by bean counters or other non-field workers, continually more irrelevant additional requirements given even though job itself has always been the same, never-ending grief from all levels of management and/or general bureaucracy for a myriad of perceived compliance failures, time off very difficult to actually take without hoops to jump through and major stress, understaffed, ever-changing and usually contradictory goals/rules/priorities
