Pay is ok Company vehicle Expense card

Cons

100% travel for service technician, management out of touch with service technicians. No room for advancement for service techs. Dangerous work conditions, no training programs for entry level service technicians(for the spectrum techs) to advance in the company or gain new skills.

Great benefits, the company offers a growth program that employees can follow and they are large supporters of career development within the company. STERIS is an industry leader in the medical field and working for a company like that is something to be proud of.

Cons

Similar to many other corporations, meeting quotas and getting reports in on time are of great importance. The environment between employees is friendly but there's always a competitive atmosphere since internal hiring plays a large role.
