Pros
I was a temp to perm and they didn't drag their feet hiring me on. They also provide several perks and pay raises. Full benefits package and PTO.
Cons
Must be bad at your job to be moved into a different position. I asked several times and even demonstrated my abilities and skills to perform a different role but because I was good at my current position I wasn't allowed to transfer while others who were bad were moved. All transfers were 100% management based and didn't matter how many times an associate put in a request to transfer. Also I left the company at the end of a 2 weeks notice and an invite to come back if I needed to. I've attempted to come back and was told I wasn't allowed to be rehired ever.
