The only pro is pay and PTO

Cons

I feel like I sold my soul to come here. The money is not worth it. This is the worst company of all time. Everyone is so toxic. There’s so many conflicts of interest. Everything they tell you in interviews is a lie. Every. Thing. I wish I could’ve seen right through it. This place is where dreams go to die. You will not feel empowered. You will not feel fulfillment. You will not learn anything from these people. Awful culture.

Begin with 20 days of PTO + 1 day for each year + 5 days for 5/10/15 year anniversaries; Sign-on, referral, and yearly bonuses.

Cons

Insane workload for small amount of people; Lack of willingness to help others and yet quick to criticize when things don't get done on time. People take their anger and frustrations out on you, and you're expected to de-escalate or sit there and take it for the sake of "One Team, One Goal." Budget got slashed to make up for purchases last year, so raises / bonuses / starting pay have dropped, and they've been doing potlucks instead of buying us meals for our quarterly facility meetings. Stress of work follows me home even over the weekend, and the beginning of every shift has me dread clocking in.
