Business Outlook
Pros
Good start learned a lot in first few years, but get out before your worked to death. Pay is ok but you have to fight with management to get a descent raise.
Cons
Rewarded with more work. No winter tires. Management was great when I first started but then became toxic, didn’t listen or listened but ignored or forgot. Felt under appreciated - I resigned after 12 years and it was the best decision I ever made.
