      Pros

      Good coworkers, decent pay for the position. It's a ok place to start your career. Typical corporate environment.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about support/backend people as much as they do their sales people since support/backend people are an expense and don't make the company money. A lot of perks of working there were taken away over time since they cost money (i.e. Christmas lunch, etc.). Overtime was not allowed even though a non-exempt employee (eligible for overtime) and was expected to keep up with an ever growing workload. Would suggest only working there for a year or two to start and then go onto something bigger and better. Little room for advancement.

      Pros

      Low pressure environment, salary is high (versus the level of responsibility and business impact), opportunity to move around in the Company.

      Cons

      Terrible culture, extremely weak leadership, exclusive environment (lack of inclusivity), lack of diversity, plenty of micro aggressions in the work environment , lack of clarity on standards of performance. No accountability or ownership.
