Pros

Signing bonus' is nice over the given over the first few months. Use All your PTO time in the first four months. You go in and get all the overtime you want. At first, it seems a place to ride out a career, little hassle while your mistakes and grow into it. Fast and easy hiring process, they don't seem to be picky or look much into an applicant.

Cons

You never see executives at this branch. So the Website, values, and current PC lingo will sustain the BS longer. If you go too deep for all that overtime, you will be dependent on the Branch. In the First month you will be welcomed to join in on the favorite internal game "Villain of the month". Yes it's that sad, yet funny game of self promotion by way of Character assassination, insecure peers encouraged and protected by insecure managers. Even funnier when you call it out, Don't pass up this place for a quick hire, good money, but keep the resumes flying for a career you can grow longer than a year in .
