      Horrible insurance/Cheap company.

      I have no pros for this company

      Cons

      STGi offers horrible, expensive medical insurance with such a high deductible. I worked so hard to become a registered nurse to end up having to pay so much money for my and my family’s medical appointments. This company is so cheap as well. Haven’t provided staff with raises and don’t keep their promises. Some Nurses were promised incentives that were never given.

      I loved my coworkers a lot. The people on my team are super nice

      Cons

      The pay here is terrible. If you take the PMA role your salary will be 40k. You cannot get a raise or else they have to give one to all PMA across contracts. The company is also very cheap.

      I would not work for this company. All they do is waste your time. They are filled with open promises and they never come through. They hire incompetent staff and just waste everyone’s time.

      Cons

      Just run! Their credential staff just give you the run around.
