Pros

Really friendly, supportive environment. Great work life balance with an active celebrations committee who organise social events. I also like the Community Involvement Programme which is active across the whole of International where teams of people get involved in helping local charities. Really comprehensive range of benefits including medical insurance, buying holidays, volunteering days. Very open and approachable management team but not hierarchical.
