The boss is very abusive towards departments she does not consider worthwhile, and has expressed interest in outsourcing the marketing team for cheap. I was told by my boss that I should be thankful I'm allowed to wear jeans instead of slacks. A coworkers Catalytic converters were stolen before lunch from the parking lot, another coworker's gas was siphoned and had to request money from the rest of us to make it home. I received one 1$ raise to 16/hr after my first year, then nothing for the next two, despite working multiple 10 hour days, learning several new programs and putting out more than was asked of me. Raises were repeatedly teased by upper management, but never went through. Upon recently reaching out to former co-workers, in the three years since I've worked there, nothing has changed and said teased raises have still never gone through. If you get a job here at 17 an hour, in 4 years you will at best be making 18. While they are at the time of writing offering a position at 17, there is someone currently in that position being payed 16. Do not work here.

NO RAISES. Monitoring software, CEO has favorites, constant threats to be replaced by employees from Costa Rica, stereotypical pizza parties, overworked and underpaid. They have layoffs to save their bonuses.
