The only thing you would get out of this is the knowledge and ability to help you find a different job

Cons

They’re not helpful with any international people they won’t support your needs with any laws and they would gladly use you till the end overtime and not to mention a lot of work with low pay

There is plenty of work and some training beforehand. Really decent pay starting off. Potential to advance.

Cons

The training seems fast paced and there is an expectation of really quick turnaround. You definitely feel pressure to produce construction documents.
