Plenty of work to keep you busy, some independence to work

Cons

Management is non existent and therefore doesn't really have a clue as to what is going on within their employees and are easily persuaded by other employees without really checking into the situation. Work loads get dumped on people who prove they work hard while others slack off.

There is tons to do so you stay busy...

Cons

Management will go out of their way to avoid you so they don't have to resolve any pressing issues. Reviews/raises are nonexistent, you can go years of getting "we will do it next month". If you aren't besties with the chosen ones you will get nothing but long hours and no acknowledgement. HR will not respond to your requests 99% of the time. CEO is cheap, doesn't pay vendors, lies to clients during walk throughs. Management asks employees to fudge numbers for reports given to clients. Security issues galore. Probably more but I digress.

Coworkers were really great and the work was not difficult

The practices are disorganized, communication is ridiculously hard to navigate, and the CEO likes to do things on the cheap
