Cons
Greed. For profit company they have fired more people in 5 years than I have ever seen. Hardly know anyone in the building anymore. They will admit anyone and even if MD declines they will override to make money. Since most patients on Medicaid they are abusing your tax dollars and we employees pretty much agree they don’t really help people. Then again many patients don’t want help really. They want a place to live and use it like a homeless shelter it’s morally corrupt always needing overtime cause they fire faster than they can hire! They are even on fifth CEO in 5 years as well as many other top level positions during COVID made us where only cloth masks we had to furnish ourselves staying since psych they can get real masks in llarge quantities. Tell that to the COVID virus
