      Pros

      Most coworkers are friends and easy to work with, lend a helping hand when needed

      Cons

      The management is awful, they expect you to complete 6 different jobs for the price of one, the give you little to no praise and wages are not proportionate to the tasks needed to be completed daily

      Pros

      I love caring for our patient's and helping them through hard times with a positive attitude and life experiences. Wish we still had time to help the people more like we used to instead of new rules and being watched at all times with hospital cameras instead of watching to make sure we are making a difference in people's lives and show that we are their for them.

      Cons

      I had to leave for personal reasons for 6months and since I returned in April half my coworkers and all of HR were gone and the most important part of my position now to them is trying to care for up to 20plus patients but required to electronically input Q15s above and beyond patient's needs. Knowing where all patient's are and what their status is at all times is utmost importance but will be written up over Q15 in real time so patient's needs go to the wayside and makes them and myself feel like we don't care as well as very unsafe when short staffed which is most of the time. So sad I used to love my job and so disappointed 😞
