      Pros

      The hospital fills a tremendous need in the community. A lot of the mental health techs are great to work with as well as therapists and d/c planners. The providers are down to earth and very willing to educate.

      Cons

      CEO and CNO are bullies. The nurse managers behave as though they live in fear of them and I have personally seen text messages and emails from the CNO threatening disciplinary action. When managers communicate with the staff they seem to have an underlying anxiety. Other members of administration in the hospital also lead on that there is bullying at the top.

      I can’t think of a single pro to working here.

      Cons

      Management will downright bully you. There is so much drama and gossip. They lowball your salary. Work you to the bone and don’t care about health or mental health. Patients frequently attack staff and they do nothing about it. Nurses frequently abuse patients and nothing is done. If you value your well being and time don’t work here.
