Pros
Great camaraderie among coworkers and staff. I truly felt like my unit and I worked a team together and had one another’s backs.
Cons
It didn’t feel like management cared about employees or patients a lot of the time. We were usually short staffed and assigned multiple units or overcrowded units alone on occasion. Training was also nonexistent.
