UB has very strong systems and leadership which provide a foundation upon which you can teach wonderful students with autonomy, be treated as a professional, enjoy significant diversity, receive the best benefits, and have the opportunity to grow and learn in your field.

Cons

I can not come up with a single downside. My wish is to be full time at UB. I have taught at 5 different colleges or universities, and UB has the best students and the best administrative and support systems in place.
