Pros

Research opportunity. Great benefit include insurances and retirement plan. The colleagues are very welcoming to new people and easy to be friend with them.

Cons

Not compatible salary compare to similar positions in other cities. Administrative part of job is a bit laggy. Some times it is hard to get contact with person that I want.
