Perks, PTO, Ability to Move up, Availability of upper level management to resolve conflicts among employees. Gives those of us who aren't as high up confidence

Cons

Salary, beaurocracy can make inefficiences readily apparent and difficult to correct. Wish there was more opportunity to streamlines efforts between different divisions so we can focus on what is really important

Fair pay, working with bright, friendly individuals, etc. I enjoy coming to work every day and working with students.

Cons

Bureaucracy. It's frustrating when someone has a simple question and has to go to 5 different departments to get an answer.
