Gossip Bad Pay Rude Campus police may be racist Student life is more into speaking badly of the students than helping them.

• Teachers, no matter how seemingly "over-qualified," are dedicated to teaching, more than research. • Every employee, from maintenance on up, is committed to student success. • Every alum has wonderful memories and attributes their college experience to their own success. • The employee-to-employee atmosphere is helpful and friendly.

Cons

• At the time I worked there (I resigned in 2006) there was some unfortunate biases among the top management. • There was, at the time I worked there, a gender bias (in favor of men) in salary and compensation.
